Moving temporary refugees onto permanent visas

Refugees who arrived by boat many years ago finally have a pathway to permanent residence following recent changes to the law by the federal government. In this webinar we explore the law and processes around these significant changes for people on precarious Temporary Protection Visas (TPV) and Safe Haven Enterprise Visas (SHEV).

Presented by Bernie Carrick, a very experienced refugee lawyer who manages RAILS' asylum seeker program.  RAILS is a key provider of legal services to this large group of refugees.
