Family violence and migration law

In this session we provide useful case studies and practice tips around the family violence provisions in Migration Regulations. We explore the new legislative instrument detailing types of non-judicial evidence that can be provided to meet evidentiary requirements, and discuss with Women’s Legal Service issues around domestic violence protection orders.

Join the discussion with two experienced lawyers,  Senior Supervising Solicitor Susan Hogarth from RAILS and Fadzai Mamvura from WLS.
