RAILS provides online CPD webinars for solicitors and migration agents on topics that relate to the areas of immigration law and practice in which we work. Our sessions aim to build the capacity of the profession to work effectively with refugees, people seeking asylum and other vulnerable migrants.
Experienced staff and private practitioners present our workshops, and we are grateful for their support.

Register for CPD Events
Most sessions run for 90 mins and carry 1.5 CPD points for Queensland solicitors. For migration agents, most sessions are Category B seminars.
Cost: Sessions are free for staff of community legal centres and volunteers of RAILS and Vinnie’s Migration Service. For other participants, $65 incl GST. RAILS retains the right to vary or cancel CPD activities. Any fees paid will be refunded if RAILS cancels the activity.
