In this CPD session, RAILS Senior Solicitor, Sadia Azizi and Solicitor, Michelle Hua will explain the law and policy around Orphan Relative visas, share tips from their practice, issues to be aware of and how to overcome commonly encountered obstacles.
CPD points: This session will run for one hour and carries 1 point (substantive law) for Queensland solicitors. Please note this session is not registered with the OMARA and therefore will not carry CPD points for migration agents.
