TPV Assistance at RAILS
If you are a TPV holder we can assist you with your application.
Contact RAILS during our working hours by phone and tell us
• your name,
• date of birth,
• contact address,
• country of origin,
• date of visa expiry,
• have you lodged your second protection visa yet
• brief details of your problem.
A caseworker will contact you afterwards to discuss the matter.
Our working hours are Monday – Wednesday and Friday (10:00
AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM). We are closed on Thursdays.
