Mainstream Visas for Successful TPV Holders

To be able to apply for one of these types of visas you must have been in Australia on 27 August 2004 and

  • held (or have previously held) a 447, 451 or 785 visa which had not been cancelled; and
  • had not left Australia; and
  • had not been refused a 886 visa on character grounds; and
  • at the time of application you must be the holder of a 447, 451, 785 or Return Pending visa; and you must not have not been refused a visa or had a visa cancelled on character grounds
