In-country Special Humanitarian (Subclass 201)
This permanent residency visa gives the right to settlement services,
welfare system, family reunion and a right of return to Australia
if the visa holder leaves. This is a visa for people who:
- Suffer persecution in their home country and are still living
there
or
- Are close family members (spouses, fiances, interdependent
partners, dependent or` adopted children) of an Australian citizen
or permanent resident who has been given a In-country Special
Humanitarian, and are being proposed by that person.
