Every Monday and Wednesday from 5pm by appointment only.

RAILS will take appointments for EAS every Monday between 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Face to face legal advice regarding Protection Visas

We have introduced a system for the provision of legal advice to protection visa applicants to make sure potential applicants can access timely legal advice. RAILS staff will provide advice face to face during the day every Tuesday. Appointments are to be made by telephoning RAILS and asking for Karina at any time. It is important to provide information regarding the deadlines if relevant. RAILS has developed a referral form for this purpose.
